The space
Our UPDATED Sanitation cleaning procedures include:

1. Washing hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfiber otherwise.
3. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges of curtains and decorative pillows.
4. Disinfecting all light switches, windows.
5. Disinfecting thermostat, railings, garbages, and all surfaces
6. Washing all dishes/utensils.
7. Disinfecting all appliances
8. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, and any other surfaces or items in the home
9. Washing all blankets and duvet covers in addition to sheets between each stay on the highest heat setting


The wonderful space combines modern comfort and beautiful design. On the whole, guests enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a patio in the backyard.

The home boasts 2 stunning bedrooms, each with black-out curtains that allow for a great night's sleep. The first bedroom is bright and chic with a Queen size bed, soft linens and a large closet.

The second bedroom offers fun decor, tons of natural light, and a cozy Queen bed that will be great to catch some Zs.

The space has one full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and all the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, you name it!).

If you enjoy cooking and hanging out, you'll love the updated, fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, many cabinets, and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home.

The kitchen flows right into the dining area,, an elegant and modern setting to enjoy a family meal. Linger together around the beautiful glass top table and discuss your adventures of the day.

The kitchen & dining area transition seamlessly into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a 65" TV, upscale leather furniture, hardwood floors, decorative lighting, and a large picture window.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this unit except the garage. Please note that you are only booking one unit in a duplex. Make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.
