This two-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Both beds offer comfortable Queen beds with high-end linens. Our beds are outfitted with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses for your ultimate comfort. We want you to have fun on your stay, but we also want to offer you amazing rest!

One and a half sparkling clean bathrooms are available in the home so there is space for everyone. Beautifully updated with bright finishes, both bathrooms offer comfort and amenities from home. In the full bathroom, you'll find a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Our beautiful brand new kitchen features splendid cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and tons of natural light. Other things to note
**Important thing to note! This space has 1.5 bathrooms, but you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access the full bathroom!**

You are renting the downstairs unit of a duplex. The upstairs unit is also a short term rental. (We have another listing where you can rent both units together!) The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. The backyard will also be shared.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
