Light and bright...you are only minutes to the CSU campus and to the foothills of Fort Collins. Two generously sized bedrooms and a large bathroom are available, along with a kitchen and family/dining area. A one car garage is also yours during your visit!
The space
You’ll have lots of privacy, and will be able to enjoy the views from the large lot. It’s close to Horsetooth reservoir yet only 10 minutes from Old Town.
Guest access
You’ll have the use of the entire basement, along with the one car garage. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
