Sleeps 8 (3 queen beds and a very comfortable air mattress in main room) can hold 9 if you really want to sleep on the small couch if needed and be tight in the space. Located in a safe, and wonderful neighborhood. You have everything you need here from Pubs, to Restaurants, Wrigley Field, Chicago activities and more..
The Spot
This is my home, and I Airbnb out the upstairs unit. They are completely separate entrances. The place is pretty spacious and great for a family or a group of friends with Queen size beds in every room and a full kitchen. Come check it out or ask any questions you might have.
Guest Access
You have access to the whole apartment and the back yard is only allowed to be used until 9pm, and per city ordinance quiet hours starts at 10pm. Also the code to get in the place is in your reservation under smart lock. You'll get that released to you day of arrival. Please read the whole reservation.
Other Stuff
Absolutely no big parties during the stay, and please respect that, as we want Airbnb to be welcomed in our community, we are in a great neighborhood with many families. I don't care if you and a few of friends are hanging out, having drinks, and having a good time, just be courteous of us and the neighbors. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house ( a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged) We want you to have a wonderful time and the best time you possibly can in Chicago. Again if you have any questions, or don't have something, or there is an issue, we are just a phone call or text message away.
No local rentals allowed. Sorry if you're from chicagoland, we apologize and do not rent local.
