The blue house has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and the white house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Booking your stay here allows larger groups to stay together, but also have privacy.
The Spot
Our place is 2 small houses that are on the same parcel. They have a shared fenced in back yard, and walkway. They are both unassuming on the exterior, but are beautifully renovated on the inside. Your group will love have all the space, and still having privacy of separate houses!

- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No weapons allowed on this property.
- If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged at $20/hour that our cleaning crew spends over 2.5 hours cleaning. This includes excess dirt caused by pets. Any biohazard mess (including pet poop or pee) left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity.
- Any smoking inside will be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee.
You must also acknowledge:
-No parking on property - On street parking only.
-Potential for noise - We live on a busy street.
Must climb stairs - Some bedrooms upstairs.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $750
