From the manicured patio to the supple bed linens, we have worked hard to make this place the perfect home away from home. Tucked in the heart of historic downtown Savannah, this home still feels like a cozy escape. The house has been newly renovated and decorated to highlight its historic features like artistic crown molding and timeless hardwood floors. We have all the modern amenities such as central air and a fully stocked kitchen with added details to make your stay extra special.
Our house, built in the 1800's, has been remodeled to include modern amenities while still highlighting its historical features. The house is huge! Three floors with six bedrooms, five baths, two living rooms, two kitchens and a dining room. Outdoor space includes a front porch, back porch, front and back decks, and a sprawling back patio. The first floor has a living area in the front with huge french doors opening onto the picturesque front porch. The kitchen is fully stocked, and when we say fully stocked, what we mean is that we have all of the cookware, utensils and appliances that we would want in our own kitchen. In the back of the house you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms and access to the back porch. The bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind: big beds that you can fall right into, ample pillows and thoughtful places for you to keep your things. In the bathrooms, we've gone the extra mile to cover all of your individual needs. The second floor hosts another living room, another fully stocked kitchen and a gorgeous dining room, as well as two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The second floor rounds out with access to furnished front and back decks. The top floor holds two more bedrooms and a bathroom. With stunning views of the sprawling back patio and beautiful light coming from three gorgeous skylights, the third floor further highlights the beauty of this huge historic house.
We've set up the house so that it is comfortable, beautiful and covers all of your needs and more! If there is anything else you need, we will help you find it. We want our property to feel like your home away from home and the perfect southern escape!

We are always reachable by phone or message and strive to make sure someone can be there within 30 minutes if there is ever an issue.
Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. A major Savannah attraction, Forsyth Park, is a mere 3 blocks away. There is a grocery store conveniently located 2 blocks from the house and one of our favorite little bakeries is steps from the house.
We provide our guests with a welcome book upon check-in which highlights some of our favorite dining experiences and attractions. We are happy to provide recommendations for anything else you want or need while you are visiting.
Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride, we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will give you a tour of the entire downtown.
Legal listing with Savannah: STVR - 01583 and 01584. All booking are subjected to a 13% Savannah motel and sales tax. Keep in mind the tax will be included. This listing is a duplex you will be renting both units to accomadate your guests.

Here a few house rules to abid by: Georgia noise ordinance quiet hours 9PM to 8AM. This is a Georgia law. That means NO CONVERSATION, MUSIC AND NOISE OF ANY KIND OUTSIDE. Our neighbors will call the police or call the property manager. This is strictly enforced and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine each time. Second violation will result in eviction.
9PM to 8AM there is no music allowed outside of any level. This is a disturbance to the community.
If the garbage is full please throw out the bag in the city garbage pals outside.
No smoking in the house
