This is a studio basement that has been remodeled for a rental in a historic Victorian East Nashville home. There is potential for mild noise levels from the upstairs occupants (foot steps), but a sound machine is provided in the studio for the guest to block the noise if it does occur and is bothersome.
The basement AC is tied into the upstairs occupants thermostat. Please contact us (OPM) and let us know if the temp is too cool (or too hot) for your liking so we can have that taken care of for you!

Stained/Missing Pillow - $50 Fine.
-Missing/Stained Towels - $50 Fine.
-Stained Couch - $100 Fine.
-Missing or Lost Roku/TV Remote - $50 Fine.
-Evidence of Pets/Pet Damage - $200 Fine.
-Plumbing Resulting from Anything Other Than TP Down Toilet - $100 Fine.
-Late Check Out - $100 Fine for Every Hour Past 10am Check Out (unless approved by OPM)
