The space
Our Boulder home was finished in late 2007 and features 4 bedrooms including a large Master Suite with a balcony and views of the Flatiron. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or a steam in the Master Bath shower. Two of the other bedrooms feature a nicely appointed Jack & Jill bathroom and there is a third full bathroom on the second level to make getting ready for special events easy, even for a large group.
The main floor feature a large dining room table with plenty of seating for large groups, and a cozy living room to sit back and enjoy a warm wood fire. There is also a large back deck with a gas grill for outside entertainment.
The basement level is locked off for occasional use by the owners.
Guest access
Guests have full access to first and second floor of the house, along with the back deck and yard.

Additional rules
We would simply ask that you treat our house as you would your own and the neighborhood as you would your own. This is our primary residence which we rent from time to time when out of town. Respect for our house and neighbors is paramount. Please, no huge parties or wedding events.
Pets are okay on a case by case basis and may incur and additional fee.
Our house is a no smoking house, please refrain from smoking in the house and clean up all cigarette's smoked outside of the house.
Violation of House rules, noise complaints from neighbors or police may result in forfeiture of security deposit.
