The Spot
Wrigley Field is located in Lakeview neighborhood. It is home of the Chicago Cubs but is also a huge concert venue! We are super convenient for music fans visiting Chicago. Excellent location to get downtown on Lake Shore Drive or hop on the Red Line train at the Addison stop, just few blocks away.
Guest Access
The guests can enjoy the entire apartment. Common backyard area. Rental parking available in rear. Free parking in front (limited hours due to permit parking. Please read signs!). Other paid parking options in neighborhood.
Other Stuff
Ok, this is in the HEART of Wrigleyville, so there is a vibrant nightlife scene ALL YEAR ROUND. People take it to the streets, too.

-Kids are welcome. We do not provide high chair, crib, etc. BYOkids items.
-Paid parking on property. Limited Free parking & Paid parking nearby. Pay parking with credit card, coins or Park Chicago app on major streets. Check for parking restrictions; street cleaning signs, no parking times, etc.
-Security Deposit: if you irreparably damage the home or items in the home, you may be charged up to $450
-Shared entrance to the building. This a multi-family property. Please be mindful, there are neighbors in building.
-Please wash dishes or use dishwasher. Pods are under sink.
-Place used towels in hamper in bedroom closet.
-Check out time is at 11 daily. Cleanings are scheduled and must get unit turned around for next guest.
-Check in time is 4pm. Early check-in / luggage drop possible if unit is available.
-All extra guests must be pre-approved, no extra guests without notification and permission. Additional guest fee is $20 per night per guest, over the limit of 6.
-No Smoking, please! We have some vintage ashtrays for decor -- please don't smoke in unit!

-Potential for noise - Unit is 2 blocks from Wrigley Field. On game days/nights, it can be busy & noisy.
-Must climb stairs - One flight up to unit door. Back door has one small flight - be mindful of stairs going down to basement.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $450
-Some spaces are shared - Front foyer and back stairs are shared with other tenants.
