Walk EVERYWHERE in COMO!!! Welcome to our newly renovated property right on Mizzou's campus. Your 2 bedroom unit has 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed; complete with work station, snacks & coffee set up. The sparkling bathroom is stocked with plush new towels and all the amenities. Both beds feature a brand new deluxe queen or full size bed and luxury high end bedding. The property offers off-street parking, laundry on site and surveillance monitoring for the safety of our guests.
The space
This property is a very unique 8700 s.f. building constructed in 2002 across the street from MU's campus. We can host a large group or just you. The building used to be a very small dorm for Mizzou.
We have completely renovated 14 suites, under one roof for you to enjoy. Each suite has it's own key pad entry. You have two private bedrooms that have a Jack and Jill private bathroom that connect the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is NOT a private living room or kitchen.
You do have access to a common area on the main level that has a kitchen that is shared with other guests. It has three fridges, two stoves, two microwaves, and one dishwasher. There is also a lounge with sofas and cable tv that you and other guests can enjoy.
