Easy access to mountains, downtown, The Green Mile, great food, entertainment, public parks. Excellent kitchen amenities.
We're totally open to providing space for you to practice. However, sometimes one of us works from home so we'd need to work together on times to make sure it works for both parties. We'd also prefer quiet hours between midnight and 9am.
You will have total access to the front of the house with your own separate entrance. We may or may not be staying in the separate, back part of the house. If so, you won't see us unless we're walking the dog, watering the garden, or coming/going.

We love it here and we love music. We're happy to share our home with you!
Gas grill can be used upon request.
Feel free to chill here at the house and watch our brand new 49" Roku TV, pop in a DVD, or listen to some music. TV includes access to Netflix and HBO.
There is also an older television with a DVD player in the Master Bedroom.
If you prefer to stay in and cook, we've got you covered - we host many dinner parties here and you'll have everything you need to cook with in our extremely functional kitchen.
We're also happy to share a number of organic herbs and potentially some home-grown produce if desired.
There is a giant, private, covered porch with an herb garden, a small table and chairs, and a porch swing out front that guests are welcome to enjoy.
We will need to access the house to water the plants for stays over 3 days. However, we can work together to ensure that it's convenient for each party.
There is plenty of street parking available. Please pay attention to street sweeping signage. We'd hate to see you end up with a ticket!
CITY OF DENVER LODGER TAX
Also, please note that the posted rate does not include the required 10.75% Denver Lodger's Tax. Denver county does not allow the lodgers tax to be included in the nightly rate. Denver requires the fee to be separate so guests can see the amount. The tax can be paid in cash upon arrival or we can set up payment through Paypal or Venmo.
The house is located just off the South Platte River Trail, which can be walked, ran, or biked all the way north of downtown or south to Englewood.
Walk a few blocks to Denver's brand new Levitt Pavilion in Ruby Hill Park, which hosts around 50 free concerts per year!
Ruby Hill Park also hosts a winter skiing/snowboarding terrain park, a kayak park, a mountain biking park, a public pool, and beautiful views of the city.
The house is located between several other parks including a short bike ride to Washington Park or a quick walk to Hudson Lake Park or Aspengren Park.
There is also an aquagolf/minigolf range just up the way.
Check out our favorite neighborhood brewery, Chain Reaction, just 3 blocks away.
There are other breweries close by and a plethora of cannabis dispensaries. We're happy to provide recommendations!
The Santa Fe Arts District, with regular events for Denver's Free First Friday Art Walk, is just up the way.
