We have a large living room with a comfy sectional and a TV.

The Spot
The room has a nice Queen size bed, a table and chair. Provided will be towels, bedsheets and pillows. You will have access to a large shared kitchen.

It includes:
- shared bathroom
- shared kitchen and living room/work space with a brand new large sectional sofa
- one small dog below 25 lbs as we already have small dogs on the premises
- your current roommates are high tech professionals who are responsible and tidy people.
- NO SMOKING OR DRUGS

-Check-in time is 3PM - 9PM and check out by 11AM
-Please wash any dishes or utensils you use.

You must also acknowledge:
-Pet(s) live on property - 16 lb Havanese male doggie.
-Potential for noise - We have other guests. We are also on a busy road but it is white noise.
-Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $100
-Some spaces are shared
