You’ll have access to every room and feature of this unit except the garage. Please note that you are booking both units of the duplex. Make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a lockbox on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

In total, you will have full access to a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom bilevel unit as well as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single floor unit. Both units have been newly furnished with noticeable comfortable beds and plenty of space to socialize.

This unit boasts 5 comfortable, bright, and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with black-out curtains, comfortable King & Queen beds, and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 1 - The stylish upstairs master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and a great view.
Bedroom 2 - This colorful upstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 - This large downstairs bedroom has a King size bed as well as a pack n play travel crib stored away if needed.
Bedroom 4 - The largest bedroom in the house has a King sized bed and a view into the backyard.
Bedroom 5 - This quaint downstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed and fun, colorful decor (great room for kids!).
The first unit has two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both bathrooms have a bathtub, and provides all the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, you name it!). With multiple bathrooms, you won't have to spend time waiting.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
If you enjoy entertaining, you'll love the ultra-modern, gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home.
The kitchen transitions seamlessly into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a 65" TV, upscale furniture, decorative lighting, and plenty of space to lounge.
The living room and kitchen are also open to the dining area, which is an elegant and modern setting to enjoy a family meal. Right off the dining area, there is a glass door that leads onto the patio and into the backyard.

The second unit has 2 stunning bedrooms, each with black-out curtains that allow for a great night's sleep. The first bedroom is bright and chic with a Queen size bed, soft linens and a large closet.

The space has one full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and all the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, you name it!).

If you enjoy cooking and hanging out, you'll love the updated, fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, many cabinets, and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home.

This duplex is located on a quiet suburban street surrounded by large lots. Each unit has a private yard with either a deck or patio, however please note that there is no fence enclosing these spaces.

Our cleaning team is taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. All of our laundry is outsourced to a professional laundromat and all blankets/duvet covers will be washed before you arrive. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected. Colorado does not currently have any travel advisories in place.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best thing to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife and much more!
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached.
