Downtown Denver is a 5 min drive. There's also easy access to 6th Ave for day trips to the mountains, and quick access to I-25 to drive anywhere along the Front Range. Everything you need is within walking distance (including a grocery store). Ride the many electric scooters/bikes to explore all the great neighborhoods nearby!

A parking lot is available behind the house on first come first serve basis, and street parking is available but can be limited. Follow all posted parking signs!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $600 fine.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
